I’ve been talking about an official Mighty Meep podcast since the site first launched, as I strongly feel it is one of the key components to the Meep as a whole. It’s taken a bit longer than originally anticipated to get it off the ground, but I’m happy to finally unveil the Mighty Meepcast, our new official podcast!
The podcast team will consist of occassional contributor Joe Aguayo, new recruit John Snyder, and myself. Each week, we plan on bringing you a bunch of nonsense that spills from our brains, hopefully regarding games (but no promises.) We’ll talk about the latest games we’ve played, the week’s news, and answer questions from you, our listeners.
I can’t give a firm date yet but if all goes well, you should expect to see the podcast go live next week. For now, I wanted to share the last test recording that we did to give you all an idea of what to expect. The format is locked down and will follow very closely to this preview, but if you have any suggestions or feedback, let us know!
In our “zero issue” episode, we talk about Free RPG Day, Splendor, Blue Moon Legends, Kaosball, Star Wars mania, the Twilight Struggle Kickstarter campaign, and two-player games.
Enjoy, and keep an eye out for the official launch of the Mighty Meepcast in the very near future.
